Important Questions About Our Investment Advisory Services

PilotAI Wealth, LLC is an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). We provide automated discretionary investment management exclusively through our interactive website.

The following questions and answers are designed to help you understand our investment services, portfolio selection process, fees, potential conflicts of interest, professional qualifications, and regulatory responsibilities.

1. Given my financial situation, should I choose an investment advisory service? Why or why not?

An investment advisory service may be appropriate if you want your investments managed according to your financial circumstances, investment objectives, time horizon, and tolerance for investment risk.

PilotAI Wealth offers seven professionally structured model portfolios, ranging from Conservative Equity to Aggressive Equity strategies. Our investment management process is automated and follows predefined rules approved by our Investment Committee.

Before opening an account, you complete a 10-question online suitability questionnaire. Your answers determine which of our seven portfolios can be assigned to your account.

Our services may be appropriate if you:

  • Prefer systematic investment management rather than making individual investment decisions.

  • Have a time horizon, financial capacity, and risk tolerance compatible with one of our portfolios.

  • Understand that investments fluctuate in value and that losses, including substantial or complete loss of principal, are possible.

  • Are comfortable with automated portfolio management without individual portfolio customization.

Our services may not be appropriate if you require personalized financial planning, tax advice, individual investment recommendations from a human adviser, or the ability to select or exclude particular securities.

Our online suitability process determines your assigned portfolio based on your responses. It does not evaluate every aspect of your financial circumstances.

2. How will you choose investments to recommend to me?

PilotAI Wealth uses a systematic, rules-based investment management process.

We offer seven model portfolios:

  1. CE Core

  2. CE Core Plus

  3. ME Core

  4. ME Core Plus

  5. AE Core

  6. AE Core Plus

  7. AE Enhanced

Your account is assigned a portfolio based on your answers to our 10-question suitability questionnaire, which evaluates:

  • Time Capacity (35%): Your age, investment time horizon, and related considerations.

  • Financial Capacity (25%): Your financial resources, liquidity needs, and ability to withstand investment losses.

  • Behavioral Risk (40%): Your tolerance for market volatility, potential losses, and investment uncertainty.

Certain questionnaire responses impose mandatory limits on the risk level of the portfolio that may be assigned to you.

Our most aggressive model, AE Enhanced, is available only to clients whose final questionnaire assignment is AE Core Plus and who satisfy our additional Enhanced Financial Capacity (EFC) verification requirements, including documentation of sufficiently investable assets.

Each model combines multiple investment strategies, referred to as sleeves. Depending on the model, investments may include U.S.-listed stocks, diversified equity ETFs, approved fixed-income ETFs, commodity exchange-traded products, and approved inverse or leveraged ETFs.

Our unaffiliated technology provider, ATTIX, evaluates portfolio models and produces proposed investment adjustments using methodology approved by PilotAI Wealth's Investment Committee.

PilotAI Wealth retains investment discretion, applies established pre-trade compliance controls, and determines which transactions are transmitted to Apex, our qualified custodian.

Portfolios are evaluated every trading day and may be rebalanced when the established rules require changes. This does not mean accounts trade every day.

We do not guarantee investment returns, eliminate market risk, or permit clients to select individual securities within their assigned model.

3. What is your relevant experience, including your licenses, education and other qualifications? What do these qualifications mean?

PilotAI Wealth LLC is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser.

Regulatory information:

  • Firm: PilotAI Wealth, LLC

  • SEC File Number: 801-134131

  • CRD Number: 337297

  • Registration: SEC-registered investment adviser

Our investment management program operates under rules and investment parameters approved by our Investment Committee. Our Chief Compliance Officer oversees the Firm's compliance program and applicable regulatory responsibilities.

The Firm uses quantitative research, technology-assisted portfolio construction, and established investment management controls.

Individual client portfolios are managed automatically according to their assigned models rather than through personalized recommendations from human advisers.

PilotAI Wealth is not a broker-dealer, and our Chief Compliance Officer is not currently registered with a broker-dealer.

Registration with the SEC subjects PilotAI Wealth to applicable federal investment adviser laws, including fiduciary obligations, disclosure requirements, and regulatory oversight.

SEC registration does not constitute approval of our investment strategies, endorsement of our professional qualifications, or a guarantee of investment performance.

You may independently review the Firm's regulatory information through the SEC Investment Adviser Public Disclosure website.

4. Help me understand how these fees and costs might affect my investments. If I give you $10,000 to invest, how much will go to fees and costs, and how much will be invested for me?

PilotAI Wealth charges an annual wrap fee of 2.50% of your total account value, including cash.

The fee accrues on trading days, is billed monthly in arrears, and is deducted directly from your account.

Example: A $10,000 investment

Assuming your account maintains a constant value of $10,000 for an entire year and the standard advisory fee applies:

  • Initial investment: $10,000

  • Illustrative annual advisory fee: $250

  • Average monthly fee equivalent: approximately $20.83

  • Initial account value available for investment and required cash allocation: $10,000

The $250 annual figure is illustrative. Actual advisory fees vary based on your account value, deposits, withdrawals, and the applicable billing periods.

Our advisory fee is not deducted in full when you initially invest. Instead, the fee accrues over time and is deducted monthly.

Our wrap fee covers ordinary investment advisory services, transaction execution, custody, account administration, technology access, and compliance monitoring included in our program.

Additional expenses may include internal ETF and other exchange-traded-product expenses, regulatory transaction fees, wire fees, account transfer fees, and certain other custodian charges.

Please note: Our standard minimum investment is $20,000, although we may waive or reduce this minimum. The $10,000 example is provided to answer the SEC's required conversation starter.

You pay advisory fees whether your investments increase or decrease in value. Fees and costs reduce your investment returns over time.

5. How might your conflicts of interest affect me, and how will you address them?

PilotAI Wealth has business relationships and compensation arrangements that create potential conflicts of interest.

As an investment adviser, we have a fiduciary obligation to act in our clients' best interests and not place our interests ahead of theirs.

Our principal conflicts include:

Asset-based advisory fees

Our compensation increases as the value of the assets we manage increases. This creates an incentive to encourage clients to invest additional assets.

We address this conflict through our suitability requirements, established portfolio management rules, and compliance oversight.

Wrap fee trading incentives

Our wrap fee includes ordinary trading costs. Because we bear these costs, we have an incentive to limit trading activity.

We address this conflict by using predetermined portfolio management rules and documented controls governing proposed transactions and trade overrides.

Proprietary investment models

We manage client accounts exclusively through our seven proprietary models. We do not compare or recommend investment models managed by other advisory firms.

Our automated suitability process determines which model is assigned to your account.

Ownership and affiliated company

PilotAI Wealth is wholly owned by Livestream Technology Services Inc. Our Chief Executive Officer also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Livestream.

Livestream benefits financially from PilotAI Wealth's revenue as its owner. However, Livestream does not charge clients additional technology, licensing, or platform fees.

Our Chief Compliance Officer oversees the Firm's dealings with Livestream.

Technology provider

We engage ATTIX, an unaffiliated technology provider, to support our portfolio-construction process.

ATTIX is compensated by PilotAI Wealth from our revenue and does not receive compensation directly from our clients.

ATTIX does not exercise investment discretion or transmit client orders. PilotAI Wealth retains responsibility for portfolio decisions and compliance controls.

Compensated promoters

We may compensate unaffiliated promoters for referring prospective clients to PilotAI Wealth.

Promoters have a financial incentive to refer clients because they receive compensation based on advisory fees generated by referred accounts.

Promoters cannot provide investment advice, select portfolios for clients, or influence questionnaire answers. Applicable promoter disclosures are provided as required under SEC regulations.

Additional details appear in our Form ADV Part 2A and Wrap Fee Program Brochure.

6. As a financial professional, do you have any disciplinary history? For what type of conduct?

Clients are not assigned a human financial adviser to provide individual investment recommendations. Our investment management services are delivered through the Firm's automated platform.
